Terms of Business

• Generally, we have a minimum two-night stay policy, but depending on availability we occasionally accept one-night stays which require a £10 supplement. Please phone to enquire.
• We ask for a £50 per room confirmation deposit to secure a booking. This is refundable up to a fortnight before the booked date but is non-refundable after that. If you need to cancel your booking please give us as much notice as possible (cancelling by phone). If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of your stay.
• Payment can be made by cash (£ sterling), cheque or by BACS transfer.
• Rooms are available for guests after 4.00pm on the day of arrival and we appreciate guests letting us know in advance when they might arrive. Check out is by 11am; guests are welcome to leave their car at Court Farm on check out day whilst they explore locally.
• Court Farm is a non-smoking establishment.
• Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
• Please let us know in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests’ pets.
• Damage to fixtures, fittings and furniture may be charged to a guest’s bill at the owner’s discretion.
• We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves whilst acting in the course of employment.
